Coverage Needed is intended for those who are needing or looking for coverage assistance on projects. Coverage Available is intended for those who have time to provide assistance or coverage on other projects. On each Channel, there are the same two tabs: Submit Form and View Report. Please use the Submit form tab to fill out the appropriate form (Coverage Needed or Coverage Available) as accurately as possible. To view reports, select the View Reports tab where submissions are listed. This tool is a work in progress and a collaboration between NIS and various research groups. Beginning in July, NIS has made available as an option upgrade for all eligible TTI PCs from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Starting on Monday October 14th, this upgrade will change from optional to required for all eligible TTI PCs that do not currently have Windows 11 installed. This update will roll to approximately 100 PCs at the beginning of each week starting Monday October 14th through Monday December 4th. Please note that this upgrade process can take 1-2 hours to complete, so it is recommended to perform the update on your own schedule while that option is available. If you wish to perform this upgrade before the enforcement period begins on October 14th, please follow these steps to initiate the upgrade: To install the update now, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If your PC is eligible for the upgrade to Windows 11, you will see the following optional update as shown below. …

This article is to show users how to check on and reply to their tickets using FreshService. 1. Navigate to helpdesk.tti.tamu.edu 2. If you are an admin who uses FreshService to work on tickets for others (such as NIS or HR) then click on your icon at the top right and choose "View Support Portal". Otherwise you can skip to step 3 as it should already be the correct screen. 3. Scroll down to see your active tickets that are in your name. You can click on any of those tickets to see the info and send replies. …

Note: If you're unable to download an Oracle application in myTTI like TTI-IS (Information Systems) while using Chrome, however, you will have to utilize Microsoft Edge to download it instead. Then press the keep option multiple times so it downloads cause it's apparently a super dangerous 🐛. If an error message while running a Java file, such as frmservlet, is similar to the picture below, the following steps might be beneficial. 1. Go to Control panel > Java > Security tab > Edit site list 2.
