Run the macOS Print Driver installer. If you do not have the installer handy, here is a link to download it…. https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/altalink-c8000- series/downloads?platform=macOS13&product=&category=&language=en&attributeId= Double-click the .dmg to extract. Double-click the .pkg to start the installer Click Allow > Continue > Continue > Agree > Install. The drivers will be added to your Mac and the Printer installer will launch. Select your printer when it is found and click Continue. Click Continue. Click Continue. You do not need to download the Print and Scan Experience App. Click Close. Click on Move to Trash. Now create Presets for your printer. We will use Chrome to create the presets. Open Google Chrome. Change 2-sided Printing to 1-sided Print and change Xerox Black and White to ON. Click OK. If your location used Copy Codes, then we need to specify your code for each print job. Click on the drop-down box (Paper/Output) and select Advanced, otherwise skip down to Save the Preset. Click on Accounting. Change Accounting System from None to Xerox Standard Accounting. If your location uses Codes only for Color Prints, then change Tracking for All Jobs to Tracking Only for Color. Click OK > Click OK. SAVE THE PRESET. Under Presets, click on the drop-down box and choose Save Current Settings as Preset. Give the preset a name that makes sense to you (ex. Xerox Print w/ Code) and click OK. Each time you send a print job to the Xerox machine, make sure that the newly created Preset is selected. 1. Access the printer website by going to https://tti.printercloud.com/ or clicking on the icon on the bottom right of your computer. 2. Once there you will be prompted to add the Extension if you haven't already done so. 3. This will take you to the following screen to add the extension. Click on the orange "Install Extension" button. 4. After you click the button, it will bring up this screen. If it doesn't already say Remove from Chrome on the blue button make sure to click it to add it. Otherwise, there will be a box that pops up that says it's not activated and you need to activate it. To do so, click the activate word in the popup. 5. You can now go back to the PrinterLogic website and refresh the page, after doing so, you should have full access to the network printers. …
