Add New Phone in DUO/Troubleshoot DUO

Adding a phone to Duo:
- Navigate to https://duo.tti.tamu.edu.
- If possible, have DUO call you or Send a Push to log in. If neither of these options works, please open a ticket with the NIS helpdesk and request a DUO bypass code.
- Click on Add another device.
- Choose the type of device.
- Enter your phone number
- If re-using an existing number, check the "This number already exists, replace it?"
- Verify Ownership.
- Choose the type of phone you have.
- Download the DUO mobile app.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to scan the barcode on your screen using your DUO app.
